you can buy mindray color doppler with three transducers-new in 18000/-
I will advise you to start doppler.I will change many things.I always say to my students there is life without a wife but there is no life of ultrasonologist without a doppler,thats why in khartoum when i strated teaching in 2003 there was one color doppler and now we have more than 50 units,i am afarid it is more than Lahore which is more than twice in population as compare to khartoum.
You can also request JUREI to help in getting one as donation.

Like this type of example you told at Dhaka, Bangladesh during your visit possibly 2001/2002.
When you asked - how many of you use Color Doppler ? (at BIRDEM Hospital Auditorium).
Only two hands up out of hundreds!
Really without Doppler - I can't think.

Totally agreed that without Doppler life of Sonologist is colorless and pt goes undiagnosed many a times.

I dnt ve much knowledge about Bangladesh situation but can suggest to dear friend DR.MM Nurse Shafi if he need used TOSHIBA DIGITAL COLOR DOPPLER like POWER VISION 6000 I can arrange for him with Four Probes Like Convex, Linear, Cardiac and TV in very good working condition only for 11,000 US$

Its my good luck rather blessing that I ve teacher like you and I always pray to Almighty for your good health and long life.

Sir I m not selling machines and really I was frightened to suggest this after your opinion but I thought you will be happy that I m trying to help community friends.

I cant forget your kind guidance when I bought my first machine as well as when I started to learn my basic course by you and Alhamduillah I proudly says that I m student of Dr.Syed Amir Gilani.

Good I am happy to have an intelligent student like you.I dont want to comment on selling machines,but it is a reality that an educator or scientist must be free of such businesses,its nice to see that you are helping the community by suggesting details of machines and price,may God bless you for this great help.

1. I was in Mindray forum in shenzen last week,I visited their factory and saw their new products which are in pipe line,they are coming with good and low cost color doppler machines.
2. Sue-china has introduces a portable 4-d and a portable color doppler price is not very high.
3. Esotee is offering MYLAB20 AND MYLAB20-PLUS are also in affordable price.I believe bangladesh is the ccountry where you can get the most affordable (low ) price for refebricated as well as new machines.
4. BUT YES DOPPLER IS THE FUTURE OF ULTRASOUND.
