As was brought up at the recent AIUM Community of Practice meeting for Emergency Medicine and Critical Care Medicine we have the Community of Practice site.

This functions like a discussion board and anyone can start a discussion topic that will allow feedback.  In contrast to a list serv the thread will be left up for others to review and read rather then trying to find a email string from months ago.

You can change the settings in order to be emailed when there is a new discussion in the Community of Practice of your choice or when a reply is generated on a discussion thread.  You can also opt to receive only certain types of notifications or none at all.  Below is a screen shot of the different options that are available to you in your account settings.

There is also the option to tag each post so that it is easier to search for others down the road.
