There isn't a cme video in the AIUM store, but Gulf Cost has one. I have not seen the video course by Gulf Coast so I am not sure how good/bad/accurate it is. I would caution against using online videos unless you know the source or they have some level of credibility such as Aunt Minnie, Medscape, or other online organizations that can offer CME hours.
If you will be attending the AIUM conferences the lectures that have portions on appendix are usually very good with video examples and discussions of their scanning protocol. I am sure it is only a matter of time before some of these are available through the AIUM store as a video purchase.
Probably the best option is to discuss with your department, many hospitals and/or radiologists will keep teaching files of files of good cases they had seen. You would be surprised how much resources you have access to when everything is pooled together.

My name is Amber Bill and I am one of the senior ultrasound techs at Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh. Right now I work the 6pm to 6am shift and we do an overwhelming amount of ultrasounds for appendicitis, our ED docs actually order the ultrasound before the CT and we have had many kids go to the OR just based on the ultrasound alone. Although we were never formerly taught on how to scan the appendix we have wonderful Radiologists here that have been taught and we have plenty of case studies if anyone is interested.
I would of course have to get approval from the hospital but we have some really great cases!
