JUM has undergone an upgrade online. If you need to find the annual meeting conference proceedings (eg. abstracts)they are on the AIUM website under Publications rather then on the JUM site as a supplement.
Upgraded Online Version of the
Journal of Ultrasound in Medicine
The Journal of Ultrasound in Medicine (JUM) is now
more accessible and more portable than ever due to
migrating to a new publishing platform, H20, hosted
by HighWire Press at Stanford University. The new
platform enables content to be easily viewed on a variety of mobile devices and provides readers the opportunity to access valuable information more effectively with a state-of-the-art content delivery system. New features include:
- Abstract preview: Mouse-over pop-up abstract preview when the table of contents or search results page is on screen--no need to leave the page.
- Figure expansion in place: Figure and table thumbnails can be enlarged within the article, rather than in a new window.
- Tagalong navigation: The navigation box follows alongside as the reader scrolls down the article page.
- Feature hideaway: Author affiliations, related links, and other article enhancements can be expanded or hidden. Readers' preferences are remembered when they next visit the site.
- Related articles search: One-click search for related articles by author, key word, or subject classification--from within an article.
