Ultrasound-Guided Pericardiocentesis
Has anyone found needles for pericardiocentesis with the echogenic reflectors that our regional-nerve block needles have? It would have to be something like 18G; I can only locate narrow bore atraumatic needles.

I have not, usually use either a pericardiocentesis catheter kit with included needle or a cutting needle in emergencies (spinal quincke or just the central line needle during codes).
