Sorry, the clip didn't attach the first time...and since the clip is labeled, there will be no guessing! This example shows a complete atrioventricular septal defect. This cardiac abnormality involves a defect of the inlet interventricular septum (VSD), the atrial septum primum (ASD)and the atrioventricular valve leaflets (common AV valve). Also known as endocardial cushion defect and common atrioventricular canal. There is a strong association with trisomy 21. Also, with heart block consider heterotaxy syndromes...
