Sweep from abdomen through thorax

The heart and stomach are not located on the same side of the fetus' body, possibly dextrocardia.

The aorta and the heart are on the same side, the IVC and stomach are on the same side. although the aorta is a bit rightward so possibly the aorta and IVC as well as stomach are all right sided with the heart left sided. ? right atrial isomerism with levocardia
