Hi All,

I have a quick question about physician reimbursement for abdominal ultrasound. Basically, what i am trying to figure out is if a Hepatologist actually performs the an ultrasound exam can he get reimbursed for it or does a tech or nurse have to do the exam to get reimbursed?

Also, if the doc does get reimbursed does he have to have any kind of certification/permission in order to get reimbursed or can any physician just do an abdominal ultrasound?
