Thanks Mendez. Was it simple or complex cyst. No image available. In simple cortical cyst why we will need a contrast MRI. What factors guided you to order an MRI.

Magnetic resonance imaging was requested because the image contrast ultrasound was not conclusive as to its location and its features is a simple cyst

dear Alexis;
If we start MRI for all simple cysts then what to do with ultrasound? Is image contrast ultrasound essential for all simple cyst,is it conclusive,if yes i disagree.

Becuase , I'm Venezuela and these techniques have not, there is no infrastructure to perform.
