Every ultrasound specialty. One professional network.

We have done some studies focusing on renal perfusion change with dynamic power Doppler ultrasonography.  The increase of renal perfusion due to low dose dopamine infusion and decrease renal perfusion due to hydronephrosis in canine model could be analyzed with power Doppler vascular index (PDVI) focusing on cortex with our lab-designed software. We also used this new method to examine the renal perfusion change in allograft patients, and the results shows that the change of renal function in allograft is highly correlated with  PDVI. Several new PDVI indices were developed recently in our lab and made the results of this analysis more precisely. We are looking for some friends which have same experience  in this field for opinion change and consultation, and hope to receive help to make this examination more applicable in the real world.
