A young lady of 22 yrs, a lactating mother of 02 months  came with a huge lt breast.  No laboratory data was

 there.

Her story was that she had a small lump  in the lt breast for 02 yrs which is gradually increasing in size. No significant pain or tenderness was there. Was taking different medicines, herbal , modern medicines etc with no remedy. In the mean time she became pregnant. A health baby delivered about 02 months back. The baby suckles the rt bst but the lt  one continues to grow.

The lt brst was frankly enlarged, with the skin mosaic appearance & the nipple retracted. No signicant tenderness.

 On scanning two masses, one round echogenic  well defined, with mild heterogenous tissue & isolated semicystic areas seen centrally. No calcification, shadowing noted.

Another, an oval semicystic mass with scanty septa  & suspended echogenic debri was noted  more laterally

Both brsts show dilated collecting ducts.
