A 23 y/F married 5 mont back with 4 mont secondary amenorrehea, now presented in Emergency depart with history of severe lower abd pain and PV bleeding.

dear dr bashir,did you get other view or just diagnosed ectopic pregnancy on this image,it looks clear,well done.but better to get at least two views.

and use doppler.look for PSV of feeding vessel and RI.RI will be low as compare to that seen usually with corp.luteal cyst.

Can you post at least 3 different views / sections please?

Any additional clin info?

Thanks Dr Malik .I do not know why the picture is not so crisp in my monitor. These sorts of cases usually give high resolution pictures because of abundant fluid in pelvic cavity. We will appreciate if some more images are available.

Dear Fellows,

After your openions m worried that perhaps my image is not so clear, any way for your kind information it was a case of BICORNUATE UTERUS with pregnancy in both cornu but missed rather completely aborted in anterior cornu and intact pregnancy in posterior cornu.

Kindly reconsider the image and comment.

This case is in my follow up Inshallah update you all.
