Permalink Reply by Dr MM Nurus shafi on October 16, 2010 at 5:12am Doc can you give us a little bit of more info, such as urine or serum HCG? I can see decidua-like reaction in the cavity. If HCG is raised then I'd go for a missed abortion of a cervical pregnancy. Otherwise it appears like an acoustic enhnancing myoma....though quite unlikely.
Thanks . I feel bad that I work so precariously in a very small Diagnostic out door, in a small district town , with no fascility for any follow up or rethink . This lady came once & will not probably show up in near future.
I entirely agree with you that it looks unusual to be called a fibroid.
Any way, only I can scratch my head.
