I would like to recommend the book "Measurement in Pediatric Radiology" HOLGER PETERSON. You can find ventricular size , width, ratio VR in term neonates and premature neonates. Hope it helps.

$50,000 Available for Assessing Point-of-Care Ultrasound Applications
The AIUM’s Endowment for Education and Research (EER) has issued a request for applications (RFA) for studies to assess competency in point-of-care ultrasound applications, defined as ultrasound imaging for diagnostic or therapeutic purposes performed on the patient by a provider in real time as a component of a care episode. The EER has allocated up to $50,000 for 1 or more grants. The submission deadline is March 1, 2012. More detailed information is available on the AIUM website.

The AIUM's Endowment for Education and Research (EER) is accepting grant proposals through November 1, 2011.
Ultrasound researchers may apply for grants of up to $10,000 in teaching, clinical research, or basic science.
