Perhaps a serious brain infection or some syndrome. I can see numerous colloid plexus cysts and multiple cerebral cystic degenerations. There is absence of corpus callosum as well and leukomalacia. This is likely to be fatal. Please post the outcome

interesting! do you have any color flow images, these images show large head, BPD 14 cms, HC 44.3 cms

extensive ischemic damage of the cortex (porencephaly) echogenic, heterogenous, choroid with minute cystic spaces, ? haemorrhage, ?? neoplastic, would like to know the postnatal diagnosis Thanks,

yes, I was leaning toward neoplasm as well

Neoplasm will be extremely rare condition dont you?
I vote for toxoplasma with severe intracranial calcifications and obstruction of the outflow of CSF
Please let us know the posnatal diagnosis
