A great case!
I was on call over Christmas and on Christmas day evening was called to look at the pictures our sonographers had taken on a 3 year old to rule out intussusception. This was a great case but for the wrong reasons! Would anyone like to guess how the case turned out?

It was a male patient. I needed to see a sagittal view of the structure so this is what I was shown....

So the lateral view confirmed that this was not an intussusception at all (it did not have the typical bowel within bowel appearance). The sonographer had been imaging the intervertebral disc. A good case of a false positive intussusception ultrasound!
