Check out this case of (presumed) testicular feminization

4 year old girl with a bulging intraoitus.  On surgical division, she was found to have a short vagina and the surgeon could see no cervix.  Our ultraound looks as if she has no cervix or uterus but bilateral testes beneath the internal inguinal rings.

Nice case. Thanks. But the testes shows speckled echoes , in that case it could be a burnt out / missed tumor ?

Incidence is about 1 in 50000
