Thank you sir for nice case. I haven't seen one. looks almost like stomach . This peri gastric cystic mass needs to be separated from pancreatic cyst, true or pseudo.

If of pancreatic origin surgery should be deferred ?

Other cystic masses like mesenteric cyst, haemartoma etc will come into DD.

CT might haver been done ?

Apparently not pusatile ?

The pancreas was perfectly normal. The pancreatic cyst does not have mucosa / muscularis propria pattern llike this one.

Gastric duplicate cysts are rare,,,,literature says so far there seven reported cases.
This case beautifully demonstrates the gut signature which distinguishes duplication cysts from choledochal cysts or lymphangiomas.
