A 04 months old kid , an apparent girl was referred by a paediatrician. He ! had a prominent labia, normal
clitoris . No uterus was found. No ovaries seen. Both the labia showed an well defined testes each with
homogenous mildly echopenic tissue character. No hydrocoele noted.
Advised karyotyping.
