Does anyone have any experience on matrix probe scanning for neonatal heads?  We recently had a demo from a vendor which was interesting.  The probe scans in a sweep automatically in coronal and sagittal planes and you can then manipulate the data set any way you want.  Getting true parasagittal images of the germinal matrix was slightly challenging though.  Does anyone use these routinely on neonatal heads??
