According to your 3 image - Dilatation of Lateral & 3rd Ventricle.
Is any other lesion you found?
I am not sure about corpus callosum.

Lt lateral ventricle is thin. Only rt LV is dilated ( post fornix )

Can't make a dx.

Agenesis of CC ? TORCH??
Could there be a cystic mass in the right lateral ventricle? It looks septated...

What about doppler"s findings is ther blood flow in these dilated areas?
