When a patient arrives for a transvaginal scan and you are unable to document an ovary
due to stool or bowel gas, do you re-scan at no charge after a bowel prep or do you charge for
a GYN limited code 76857?

I personaly believe that in these situations we should not charge. It is better that the patients should be given prior preparations during initial booking/ appointment.
