Every ultrasound specialty. One professional network.

Someone in our office just got back from an ACOG meeting in which they were told that we must generate two seperate reports when doing both of these procedures in the same day. Both of these reports need measurments of anatomy. We have been using "Sonultra" reporting software and have been generating a combined report. I was wondering what everone else was doing.

It may be the protocol of ACOG?

But in clinical practice no need to make to separate reports just mention on the heading TAS & TVS

I document in my comments which exams were performed on a single report.  Seems redundant to have two reports.  Separate each study's findings into individual paragraphs on the same report, maybe?  What was ACOG's reasoning for this "requirement"?
