Adomino Pelvic Ultrasound Of a Pregnant Patient

27 years female patient presented with history of RUQ pain, High grad fever 103 F Myalgia, Arthralgia, & headaches, a day before admission. She was admitted in emergency so that she was having pregnancy of 26wks, her B.P. was fallen to 70/40mmHg, Pulse rate was 65b/m, A typical sign & symptoms for yellow fever. Pelvic Ultrasound studies reveal a normal fetus, no abnormality was noted, however abdominal Scan findings were; a distended Gall bladder externally surrounding by the anechoic area and internal echoes of linier structure with echogenic walls and anechoic lumen, tapering from visible ends, at the neck region, some movements are also recorded. Later; on request of patient with severe pain in RUQ, again scanned after 3hrs, findings were no different, however the Gall Bladder internal echoes were absent, same kind of echoes are then noted in CBC, again some movements are recorded. Please comment on Gall Bladder pathology and the echoes in subject also provide with expert opinion. (See The images)
