Recently I had 2 cases of fetal hydrothorax , first case was a 36-37 weeks 2nd gravida with gestational diabetes, referred for evaluation of hydrops, tense hydrothorax with changes of hydrops noted. this case underwent immediate CS , was aggrssively resuscited with immediate drainageof hydrothorax and ventilator, required ventilator for 10 days.
