"This is testicular microlithiasis, and is known to place a high risk for neoplasm. A close follow is highly recommended. I have attached one of similar cases I have come across, just for sharing. There is a caption on the image."

"Perhaps a serious brain infection or some syndrome. I can see numerous colloid plexus cysts and multiple cerebral cystic degenerations. There is absence of corpus callosum as well and leukomalacia. This is likely to be fatal. Please post the outcome"
