Without any acute pain,collection in abdomen,no h/o amenorrhea is it possible to be an ectopic pregnancy? but the surgeon commented it as an ectopic rather is it to be haemorraghic overian cyst?

"Can you post the images please? I usually give differentials. But even with more refined imaging methods such as MRI, the final diagnosis is achieved by FNAC, always."

How can I differentiate the haemangioma & HCC in liver with same charecteristics

I found a pt. with the charcteristics of haemangioma in liver but after done an FNAC it was proved as HCC. so  without other intervention (including doppler as it is costly device in a developing country) how can I sure that the leasion like the haemangioma is not a HCC.
