How often to follow monoamniotic twins in guarding for TTTS

Had a  case of TTTS. The recipient had polyhydramnious, mitral and tricuspid regurgitation with a  non-contractile right ventricle, A-wave reversal on ductus venosus waveform, abdominal ascites. Donor has oligohydramnious. 2 weeks earlier both twins were normal. We all know that TTTS can happen quickly. Is there literature that supports scanning monochorionic/diamniotic twins more than every other week? What protocol on this is everyone using?

Thanks, you also. I am with Carl Weiner and they do a great deal of fetal intervention. Laser for TTTS, etc.

Thanks for the thread and the encouragement to me and AIUM!
