Thanks for reply & valuable comment. The cotton piece found within bladder adherent with it's wall. Upon removal there was some frank pus in a pocket at bed which was not identified during sonography. There may have weekness at bladder wall…

Us findings in Chronic/ recurrent Appendicites

Appendix is a blind ended tube like structure located at RIF. When it is inflamed HRSG can easily diagnose it. The diagnostic criteria is, it measure > 6 mm in anteropsterior dimension at any point. On CDS there may found increased vascularity & there may have some localized colection. But some boderline cases having measurement just 6 mm, 5.9 mm or 5.8 mm creates confusion. HRSG is unique to evaluate Pediatric patient

I am working as a Sonologist since 15 year. Recently I brought a highend mechine with 5 different probes. Now I can perform Hrsg when needed. It's amaging to Diagnose CHPH, Intussusception, appendicites. I have few cases having live ascaris in CBD. one is only 3 years age . I have video clips & lots of slide of all my patient. I can share my experience with interested one.
