While we know that raised intracranial pressure and a patent ductus can cause reversal of diastolic flow on ultrasound of the ACA in the neonatal brain, are there any other causes? We had a case recently where baby was otherwise well and echo showed normal heart with no PDA. Anyone got any bright ideas?See More
